1. What is this document? Why does it matter?
The present general terms and conditions (hereinafter “GTC”) apply to all purchases of the products and services promoted and sold on the online shop www.hellodreamers.ch (hereinafter individually referred to as “Online Shop”) operated by Karen Cohen, Ländischstrasse 70, 8706 Meilen, Switzerland (hereinafter “HelloDreamers”). When you make a purchase on this Online Shop, we ask you to confirm your acceptance of these GTC and, if you do, a contract is formed between you and HelloDreamers, subject to these GTC. So it is important that you read these GTC carefully before placing an order for products on this Online Shop ("Order").
The version of the GTC valid at the time of order placement applies and may not be changed unilaterally for the respective order. Adverse or conflicting terms of the customer will not be recognised.

The range of products and services available in the Online Shop (hereinafter “Products and Services”) is intended for customers domiciled in Switzerland, Liechtenstein and Europe. The deliveries of the Products and Services can be made by the respective suppliers or vendors to addresses designated by customers in Switzerland, Liechtenstein and Europe. For rest of the world deliveries please contact us at email@example.com.
All products and services are offered and sold directly to you by HelloDreamers. When buying HelloDreamers products and services, the purchase contract comes directly between HelloDreamers (as seller) and the customer (as buyer).
2. Information and description of the products
HelloDreamers strives to provide high quality product and service information and does its best to ensure that the information and description of the products is accurate and up-to-date.
However it cannot guarantee that there will be no errors in the description and/or pricing of the products, or that products will always be available if you wish to place an order to purchase them.
HelloDreamers has the sole right to use all product information (e.g. descriptions, pictures, videos, photos, texts etc.). HelloDreamers reserves its right to modify the information about products displayed on this Online Shop, including prices, description and availability. However, such changes will not affect orders for which you have already received an Order Confirmation (see below).
Product images or videos used for advertising, brochures, the Online Shop etc. are for illustration purposes only and are not binding. The colors you see on your screen may depend on your computer system and settings, so HelloDreamers cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display such colors.
Information provided by the manufacturer (e.g. manufacturer warranty) applies, provided that it is valid in the country of shipping or provision of goods or services.
All prices in the online shop quoted are net, in CHF include legal value added tax (VAT) and excluding shipping charges. The prices in the online shop can be converted to other main currencies using currency converter on the top right of the website to assess indicatively the value of goods and services in foreign currencies, but the payment will always take place in CHF. HelloDreamers reserves the right to change prices at any time. The price is valid at the time of the order. Price changes made after the order are not taken into account. The prices stated in the online shop at the time of order placement apply. Additional charges (e.g. shipping) are not included in the price, are shown separately and can be charged separately.
HelloDreamers works hard to make this Online Shop interesting and user-friendly, but cannot guarantee that our users will always find everything to their liking. Please read this disclaimer carefully before using our Site.

4. Your orders on the online shop
To place an order you must be 18 years of age or over. You will have to select the goods on the Online Website, select size and eventually color, add the items to your shopping bag, check out, add a valid address, select your preferred payment method and click on the complete the order button. Before completing the check-out procedure you will be requested either to register for or log into your personal account. However you can also place an order on the Online Shop without being registered, i.e. as a guest. For further information please refer to point 5) below.
When you place an order through the Online Shop you will receive an automated email confirming receipt of your Order ("Order Confirmation"). The Order Confirmation email contains full details of your order (such as Order No., information on products, prices, your shipping address, delivery costs and other). Please note the Order Confirmation email is NOT already an acceptance of your order. If you do not receive the Order Confirmation within 48 hours of placing the order, please contact HelloDreamers at firstname.lastname@example.org.
When your order is accepted, HelloDreamers sends you an email confirming that all, or part, of the products have been shipped ("Shipping Confirmation").
Once you receive the Shipping Confirmation, your order has been finally accepted by HelloDreamers and the purchase contract between you and HelloDreamers is concluded in relation to the products actually shipped.
Such a contract is composed by: your Order; our Order Receipt and Shipping Confirmation emails; the then current GTC. No other terms and conditions shall apply.
While HelloDreamers does always its best to accept orders, it could however refuse an order in certain cases, for example if:
- you provide incomplete, incorrect or fraudulent information regarding your identity, age, payment details, billing information, shipping address;
- HelloDreamers discover that there was an error on the Online Shop relating to the products you ordered, for example as regards the price or description displayed;
- the products you ordered are unfortunately out of stock or no longer available;
- HelloDreamers has reasonable grounds to believe that you intend to resell the Products.
If HelloDreamers cannot accept your order you will be contacted by email as soon as possible but in any case no later than 30 days from the date of your order. If your order cannot be accepted because the product/s you chose is/are not available, or because of an error in the price and/or other information on the Online Shop, HelloDreamers will refund you any money you may have already been charged for such products.
5. What if you are asked to open an account?
When you place your order on the Online Shop you can choose to register (or enter with) your customer account or proceed as a guest.
- Customer account
When you register your customer account you will need to provide your first and last name, date of birth and a valid e-mail address, which serves as the user name. You will also need to choose a password. This information can be stored for further orders. All information must be true and complete.
For the use of the online shop without a customer account, i.e. as a guest, you will need to provide for each order, a valid e-mail address, official first and last name, telephone number, invoice address and shipping address. All information must be true and complete.
6. Shipping of goods and provision of the service
After the order confirmation, you will receive the ordered products to the address you have provided. Please note that HelloDreamers is unable to change the delivery address on orders.
Deliveries are made by the Swiss Post during normal business hours Monday through Friday, excluding bank holidays.
For shipping in Switzerland and Liechtenstein, all domestic orders can be tracked. Standard shipping time is 3-4 workdays, while priority shipping time is 1-2 workdays.
Shipping time for international orders can take up to 10 workdays longer. International orders will be sent through priority shipping. To include tracking there will be a surcharge of 5 CHF.
It is HelloDreamer's goal to deliver within the above mentioned times; however, delivery dates are not guaranteed as shipments are handled by third parties and force majeure events may occur.
Shipping charges and shipping methods are made in accordance with the Shipping & Returns policy.
7. Cancellation, delivery defects, return, exchange and refunds
You can cancel the order at any time before shipping of goods. HelloDreamers will refund within 30 working days of the cancellation date of the order. The refund will be credited to the same account that was used at the moment of purchase. You will be refunded the full price and shipping charge(s) of goods where the entire order is cancelled.
b. FAULTY GOODS
HelloDreamers recognises the statutory 2-year guarantee for product faults. A product is "faulty" if received damaged or where a manufacturing or material fault occurs within 2 years from the purchase. We require a photo of the faulty item. Please note that products damaged due to wear and tear are not considered faulty.
You can return faulty Products within 2 years of your receipt of the products and get a full refund, including any shipping costs, as applicable.
If goods are still in stock, you will receive a replacement. In case goods are not available anymore, you will receive a full refund of ordered goods. Please refer to point c) below for further information on HelloDreamers' refund policy.
c. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN, EXCHANGE AND REFUND
HelloDreamers hopes you are delighted with your purchase from the Online Shop. However, HelloDreamers understands if you wish to return any or all of the products. You can return the product and have a refund if you are not satisfied or you just change your mind within 14 days of receipt (right of withdrawal).
To be eligible for a return, an exchange or a refund, goods must be in these conditions: try on, not worn, without traces of use, with original tags and labels attached. Your refund will be processed as soon as the item(s) you have returned are inspected by HelloDreamers’ quality assurance team and in any case no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned Goods, save for possible delays of technical nature not attributable to HelloDreamers (e.g.: malfunctions of the credit card system).
In cases where the goods appear to be worn or used, are missing any of the labels or tags, do not comply with the present GTCs, are sent from countries where we do not ship directly or where we have any reason to believe that the goods are fraudulent or were not purchased directly on this Online Shop, HelloDreamers will not be able to accept the return/exchange and we will send the original goods back to you.
Goods must be shipped back to HelloDreamers (HelloDreamers, Ländischstrasse 70, 8706 Meilen (ZH), Switzerland) in their original packaging, and must be accompanied with a proof of purchase and a filled return/exchange form which is enclosed in all orders shipped by HelloDreamers.
While above conditions for eligibility and process apply, customers can return goods without giving any reason within 30 calendar days after receipt. Please fill the return form enclosed in all orders shipped by HelloDreamers and send it to email@example.com. You will be provided with an acknowledgement of receipt by e-mail without delay.
HelloDreamers will process a refund within 14 working days from when the return form is received by HelloDreamers. The refund will be credited to the same account that you used at the moment of purchase for the amount spent minus the shipping charges, shipping or import duties, even if these were paid by HelloDreamers at the moment of shipping. HelloDreamers is unable to refund shipping or import duties. However, after having processed the return, HelloDreamers will send you copy of the credit note for possible reimbursement of customs charges at the local custom office.
While above conditions for eligibility and process apply, you can ask HelloDreamers an exchange of goods within 30 calendar days after receipt, whereby the following process apply.
You must first place a new order on HelloDreamers and contact firstname.lastname@example.org via email and fill the return form enclosed in all order shipped by HelloDreamers. HelloDreamers will process a refund within 14 working days from when the returned goods are received by HelloDreamers. The refund will be credited to the same account that was used at the moment of purchase for the amount spent minus the shipping charges, shipping or import duties.
HelloDreamers is unable to refund shipping or import duties. However, after having processed the return, HelloDreamers will send you a copy of the credit note for possible reimbursement of customs charges at the local custom office.
a. Payment and retention of title
Goods and services delivered by the online shop remain the property of HelloDreamers, until the entire purchase sum (including all surcharges) is paid.
b. Payment methods
The payment methods stated below apply on HelloDreamers:
- Credit Card (Visa/Mastercard/American Express)
- Sofort Banking
If you pay by credit or debit card, you must supply your card details when you place your order. Your credit or debit card will be debited for the total value of your order at the time your order is dispatched. HelloDreamers will not accept your order, neither will supply the goods to you until your credit or debit card issuer has authorized the use of your card for payment of the goods ordered. If HelloDreamers does not receive such authorization you will be notified about it. HelloDreamers reserves the right to verify the identity of the credit or debit card holder by requesting appropriate documentation.
When buying with credit cards, PayPal and Sofort Banking, the charge is at the time of the order. The data for payment via credit cards are encrypted. If you are paying by PayPal you will be asked to log in to your account with your email address and password to confirm the payment. If you pay with Sofort Banking you will be asked to log in into your home banking account.
You will receive an order invoice (in electronic form), together with the order confirmation, in which all products purchased during the corresponding order process are listed (the "Order Statement").
If the order invoice is not paid within the granted payment period of 14 days when the invoice is purchased, a financial/collection service provider will provide you with an overview of the open positions.
When buying on prepayments (Credit Card, PayPal, Sofort Banking), the shipping is only made as soon as the corresponding payment has arrived at HelloDreamers. The desired products cannot be reserved during this time. In the case of limited availability, it is possible that products with the status "in stock" will not be available immediately until the order is triggered or delivered. In this case, you will be duly informed. If the payment has not been received by HelloDreamers within 30 calendar days from the date of the order, your order will be cancelled.
HelloDreamers takes all reasonable care to make the Online Shop secure and to prevent frauds. Please note that we may, at any time and at our sole discretion, restrict shipping to certain countries we believe to be at high fraud risk.
